Now I’m just fiddling … Should be working more on definition, but have burnt myself out on other projects. I will finish this up shortly. Fear not.

At this point I’ve decided to drop in a light grey background to really pop out the whites in the painting. This will help me decipher where I need to push things back and where I need to let things stay white so that they pop.

I’ve continued along with the hair and added in some more definition in the flesh tones. Pushing the darks back and bringing the lights forward. Those figures in the back are really starting to take shape.

At this stage I’ve been mostly concentrating on the flesh tones and bringing life into the figures.
More hair definition. I want the brightest… I want fluorescents.
A little more definition. Eyes… Lips.. et cetera.
Blocking in the darks. Smacking down some skin tones.
Polka dots. Polka dots. I went with these bright flat colors for the dresses. Gonna make this sucka pop.

I think this one is my favorite. It reminds me of some flamenco dancers I saw preparing for a performance, but the viewer is behind the mirror.
Thanks… I’m really excited to finish it.
